New York Penn Station Working Advisory Group
Amtrak, MTA, and NJ TRANSIT (the Railroad Partners) are working together to transform New York Penn Station into a modern, world-class transportation hub with the ability to handle 21st Century regional transportation needs. To support this effort, the Railroad Partners assembled a New York Penn Station Working Advisory Group (SWAG) in September 2024, with the goal of facilitating meaningful conversations in a smaller forum regarding the Railroad Partners’ vision for the future of Penn Station with a group of organizations that represent different constituencies and perspectives.
