To illustrate Amtrak’s commitment to Community Engagement the Outreach team will develop and maintain an Engagement Schedule to work with the community to solicit feedback on project activities and to share updates on program activities. The schedule will help to ensure that:

• Community members are updated in a timely manner
• Feedback and input are being solicited equitably
• Information is shared about future construction activities and impacts on commuters, business and residential property owners, and other project stakeholders
• A direct contact is provided for community leaders and residents throughout the process
• A forum is identified for addressing community concerns
