CONSTRUCTION AREA TRAFFIC MAP

Starting on or about August 24, 2025, W Mulberry St will be closed between N Warwick Ave and N Smallwood St.

  • W Franklin St between N Warwick Ave and N Payson St will be converted from a one-way street to a two-way street
  • Traffic along W Franklin St between Wheeler Avenue and N Mount Street, will be one lane in each direction
  • North and southbound traffic on N Pulaski and N Payson Streets will not be able to cross W Franklin Street
  • Access to the MTA parking lots near W Baltimore MARC station must be made from south of W Mulberry Street

Pedestrian Notice: The sidewalk along W Mulberry Street will be closed.

Intersection of N Warwick St and W Franklin St

  • Eastbound traffic on W Mulberry St, is reduced to 2 lanes east of N Warwick Ave and diverted onto W Franklin St
  • Eastbound traffic in the right lane must turn right onto N Warwick Ave
  • Eastbound traffic in the left lane must turn left onto N Warwick Ave
  • Traffic only has right in / right out access from the new access road to Price Busters

Intersection of W Franklin St and Wheeler Avenue

  • Right in and right out only from the access road at Price Busters
  • Eastbound traffic reduces from two lanes to one lane
  • No left turn into Wheeler Ave from W Franklin Street Eastbound

Intersection of N Smallwood St between W Mulberry and W Franklin

  • Right turn onto N Smallwood Street from W Franklin Street for transit vehicles and drivers accessing the ADA parking lot at the MTA only
  • No left turns onto N Smallwood from N Franklin St

W Franklin Street at N Payson, N Brice and N Payson Streets

  • No left turn onto N Pulaski Street in either direction
  • No left turn onto N Brice Street from W Franklin Street (EB)
  • No left turn onto N Payson Street in either direction
  • W Franklin St (WB) is closed beyond N Payson Street
  • Northbound N Brice St can only be accessed using southbound N Payson St and then turning right onto W Franklin St to reenter N Brice St

Eastbound commuters accessing the Park and Ride

Lot A and ADA Parking, Lot B, Lot C and Lot D from Eastbound W Franklin Street

  • From eastbound W Franklin Street commuters can access Lots B and C by turning right onto N Pulaski Street and Lots C and D by turning right on to N Payson Street. There is no access to the bus loop and ADA parking from eastbound W Franklin Street.

Lot A and ADA Parking

  • From eastbound W Franklin Street make a right on N Warwick Avenue, left on W Lexington Street and left on to N Smallwood Street for access to the bus loop and the ADA lot.

Lots B and C Parking

  • From eastbound W Franklin Street make a right on N Warwick Avenue, left on W Lexington Street and left on to N Pulaski Street for access to the bus loop and the ADA lot.

Lots C and D Parking

  • From eastbound W Franklin Street make a right on N Warwick Avenue, left on W Lexington Street and left on to N Payson Street for access to the bus loop and the ADA lot.

Westbound commuters accessing the Park and Ride

Lot A and ADA Parking

  • From W Franklin Street make a left on Monroe Street, right on W Saratoga Street and a right onto N Smallwood Street for access to the bus loop and the ADA lot.

Lots B and C Parking

  • From W Franklin Street make a left on Monroe Street, right on W Saratoga Street and a right onto N Pulaski Street to for access to parking lots B and C.

Lots C and D Parking

  • From W Franklin Street make a left on Monroe Street, right on W Saratoga Street and a right onto N Payson Street to for access to parking lots C and D.
