Firms certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or included in certain Small/Diverse Business categories, are highly encouraged to reach out to KSTC. Those categories are Labor Surplus Area Firm, Minority Business Enterprise, Small Business Concern, and Women’s Business Enterprise.
